You can use the text chat area to post links, establish a rotation for turns to speak if needed, and communicate.
You can check the Rooms Roster to see what rooms people are talking in.

Avatars
As soon as you access the Attendance Log for the first time, click the button to the left of your user name (top right) and upload an Avatar (Photo ID). Please use the Avatar image you're using in the live forum. Once it's uploaded in the Attendance Log it will remain in the system unless you choose to change it.

You can see who's in a room both before entering and throughout your talk. (You can also verify they're a registered member on CyberCOM.)
If you're signed in, new arrivals know somebody is available to talk.
No waiting on hold! If nobody is signed in to the room you want to talk in you can keep the Attendance Log open and you'll hear a ding when the next person arrives.
You can private message other participants no matter what room they're in!
